Your expert:
Leander Schädler comes from Liechtenstein and lives in Triesenberg. He began his gastronomic career with an apprenticeship as a waiter. He subsequently worked in a number of gastronomic enterprises. With periods spent abroad as well as further training, Leander Schädler established himself as a culinary expert. He latterly ran his own specialist store for wines and spirits in Liechtenstein. Today he works as a freelancer and consultant for a variety of institutions.
